Karl Staniford has kayaked around the Isle of Man to raise as much money as he can for three top mental health charities on the Island: Isle Listen, Quing and Cruse Bereavement.
Heartbreakingly, Karl's younger brother decided to take his own life at just the age of 20. This challenge aims to raise both awareness and vital funding of mental health support on the Island.
