Library seeks to address long-term funding arrangements

As the Manx government confirms that the Family Library service will receive financial support of up to £125,000 (on receipt of an appropriate business case) to ensure the Mobile Library service is maintained for a further 12 months, we head to Andreas and talk to Rakie Bennett about the lifeline service.
