Manx Lottery Trust’s Chief Operating Officer, Trevor Butler, spoke to Islandlife.im about the organisations latest grant schemes and how to access them. The charity distributes funding on the Isle of Man on behalf of the National Lottery Community Fund to projects, clubs and entities that support and benefit the local community.
Grants so far this year have already helped with the second phase of the Queen’s Pier Restoration in Ramsey, provided support to Groudle Glen Railway, and helped Rotary Club of Rushen & Western Mann with making Bradda Glen accessible for wheelchair users – amongst many other grants.
Applications for the next trustees meeting where funding will be considered are welcomed until Friday 5th November 2021 – to find out more head to the Manx Lottery Trust website www.mlt.org.im.
